James, I must admit that I am impressed with your approach as a dealer, so many others still have not progressed into the present when dealing with informed consumers.  My wife and I have a very busy schedule and would rather have information upfront instead of wasting time at the dealer.

We test drove the Dodge Journey at a local dealership last week, but they did not have the options we were looking for and appeared to not be interested in working to locate a vehicle that meets our wishes like you have done.

I have a 3 week old Dodge Caliber and unfortunately one of the rear tires got a screw on it.
