"What a LIFESAVER!"
The service and friendliness of the staff is always top notch and prompt. I brought my vehicle in on Monday for an oil change and had no idea I was almost out of coolant. Turns out a hose was not attached and caused the coolant to leak. Within 30 minutes they added coolant to the vehicle and wouldn't let me leave until it sat for a while, to make sure everything was okay and I wasn't charged extra. I am very grateful for River Front Chrysler identifying the problem and taking care of it so quickly. I can only imagine what would have happened had I not brought my vehicle to River Front on Monday.

James, I must admit that I am impressed with your approach as a dealer, so many others still have not progressed into the present when dealing with informed consumers. My wife and I have a very busy schedule and would rather have information upfront instead of wasting time at the dealer.

I have a 3 week old Dodge Caliber and unfortunately one of the rear tires got a screw on it. I was hoping to have it fix 'cause it was still new but the damage was out of safety standard which was good to know.
