I have never, ever written a letter to a company regarding an employee; however I find myself doing it for the first time. Our experience with James Brown was unique on many levels but wow.... great guy. I've bought many cars over the years - in fact I sold them for a short time in the 80's - but this was the easiest and most pleasant experience we've ever had. Additionally, kudo's to Terry Bryan.
