However, if you want to marvel at the engine bay each time you pop open the hood, the optional High-Output 3.0L twin-turbo 6-cylinder system1 has been manufactured to produce 540 horsepower and 521 lb.-ft. of torque. Every powertrain is buddied with a standard 8-speed automatic transmission, a gearbox that is ideal for such prestigious engine capacities.
Modern Amenities
If there’s one word that doesn’t describe the Ram 1500, it’s dated. Power it on as you get ready to leave the Prairie Point Community Park and you’ll see four monitors quickly awaken. If we begin from left to right, the one closest to you is the optional 12-inch Digital Cluster Display, which you can use to monitor statistics that are especially important for your drive back home. Ones that you should really keep a keen eye on are the stats projected by the available Head-Up Display that sits above the aforementioned feature. To the right of it is an optional 14.5-inch infotainment monitor that is positioned in a vertical orientation for easy accessibility and readability.
