Understanding a Brake Test
When you pull into our shop after driving through Aurora, our team of technicians will take your Jeep Compass, Chrysler Pacifica, or Dodge Durango and check the effectiveness of its brakes. That requires a short test drive while also conducting a feel test for the brake pedals. After performing that test, your car will be moved into a service area. Once there, we’ll begin by checking the amount of brake fluid in your reservoir. Next, they will place your vehicle on a lift to remove the tires. Doing so will provide access to the rest of the brake components, such as the brake pads, rotors, and fluid lines.
