Great customer service. Clean. Friendly and GREAT hot chocolate while you wait. The online sales person was there to greet us as we walked in, and then she handed it over to the sales rep, Tracey, to complete the sale. Vinnie from finance was really friendly and efficient! This process is dreaded by many, but everyone at River Front made it go as smooth as can be and we were out of there in less than 2 hours, which is impeccable timing for the car sales industry.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a few months now but always kept forgetting, wanted to tell a story of my amazing experience at River Front. My check engine light came on and was flashing while driving my Pacifica and I was close to River Front just before 5pm on my way home from work. I called the dealership and Renee told me if I was comfortable being the vehicle to them they probably would not be able to get it looked at that night but would get it looked at the next morning. I needed my van the next day but I had no other choice. I pulled into the service drive and was greeted within seconds by a man named Ezra who said he was one of the service advisors there. After taking my keys he met me as his desk where he asked me if I was the woman that had called and talked to Renee, after explaining what had happened Ezra started to get me written up. He told me I had a misfire on a cylinder in my engine which unfortunately was going to mean my vehicle was going to be spending the night. Turns out the gentleman that was sitting at the desk next to him was one of their mechanics who before Ezra had even finished writing me up had run back to his toolbox grabbed something and had already tested a few things and was certain he knew what was wrong. After finishing writing me up I had a seat in the waiting room and about 5 minutes later Ezra came out to tell me that one of my ignition coils was bad and needed to be replaced. To my surprise he said that they had one in stock but it was down at their truck center down the street and if I wanted to hang out Ezra said he would send his other mechanic Carlos down the street to get my part and we could get it done in the next 45 minutes! Of course I approved the repair and called my husband to tell him I wouldn’t need to be picked up. After waiting 45 minutes Ezra came out to tell me that everything was all done and that I would be getting to take my van home that night and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Never before have I experienced this kind of service anywhere, let alone a auto repair place, they were honest, unbelievably helpful and fast. There really aren’t enough things I can say about the service I received from Ezra, his mechanic Ryan who did my repairs and even Carlos and Renee who helped make my crap day into a much much better one. Thank all 4 of you again for everything you do and I’ll be back to River Front for everything going forwards and I’ll make sure I send all my friends to Ezra at River Front!

I got big tires and needed my speedometer re-calibrated. I rarely give 5/5 for service from a dealer because most dealers do not meet or exceed my expectations. I still give dealers a chance, but most time they make me regret of taking my vehicle there. This dealership on the other hand is different, and that is all thanks to my wonderful service advisor Jessica. She ensured that the service that I requested will be done right, and will be completed at the promised time/date. The only issue was the pricing not being correct when I was given the quote over the phone, and turns out there was additional charge by Mopar, but it's not a big deal. They still gave me a little break on the full cost, and apologized for the mistake on their part. Jessica was wonderful to work with, and she even left a note inside my truck for anyone that will be driving it so that my seats are not to be adjusted. I have a very sensitive lower back, so any small seat adjustment gives me a very bad 2 weeks of getting used to the new seat position. Jessica ensured that the service is completed absolutely perfect, and the speedometer reading is right on the dot! I found my truck still clean inside and out, with zero damage from the service visit. Keep up the great work, and I will continue to use Riverfront RAM Truck Center! This dealer is 10 times better than Dempsey. Dempsey Jeep Dodge Ram owner called me on phone and asked me to never go back there and yelled at me for an hour without knowing the full story of what happened, after I found a quart of oil dripping from my truck for few days on my $65,000 truck. I am welcome at Riverfront RAM with my RAM Rebel, even though they are further from Dempsey. Take your truck here! They treat you with respect, even offered me a ride back home in their very comfortable shuttle van. My house was a little further than the 10 mile radius, but Jessica made the exception due to my day becoming very busy and I couldn’t get a ride from friends/family. These people truly care, and that is rare to find these days!

Miles at the Ram Center was absolutely amazing. We called on Saturday about the 1500 Tungsten, and he had numbers back to us within an hour. Many other dealers wouldn’t even provide numbers over the phone. I drove an hour to this dealer simply because of the level of respect they show their customers. We completed the entire deal in just two hours. From the salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager, everyone we worked with was professional and straightforward. I highly recommend considering this dealer first before contacting anyone else.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation thru the dealership website. The service rep was professional and told me how long the wait time would be. Care was taken to put plastic on the driver’s car seat and paper floor mats. Upon completion of the service the rep reviewed the work done. I was treated with professionalism and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The prices are very reasonable compared to other service departments in this area.
