Start pairing from the Uconnect touchscreen, confirm the PIN shown on both screens, then approve the prompts on your phone. Your vehicle remembers approved devices for faster reconnection next time.

Amazing Experience
“ I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a few months now but always kept forgetting, wanted to tell a story of my amazing experience at River Front. My check engine light came on and was flashing while driving my Pacifica and I was close to River Front just before 5pm on my way home from work. I called the dealership and Renee told me if I was comfortable being the vehicle to them they probably would not be able to get it looked at that night but would get it looked at the next morning. I needed my van the next day but I had no other choice. I pulled into the service drive and was greeted within seconds by a man named Ezra who said he was one of the service advisors there. After taking my keys he met me as his desk where he asked me if I was the woman that had called and talked to Renee, after explaining what had happened Ezra started to get me written up. He told me I had a misfire on a cylinder in my engine which unfortunately was going to mean my vehicle was going to be spending the night. Turns out the gentleman that was sitting at the desk next to him was one of their mechanics who before Ezra had even finished writing me up had run back to his toolbox grabbed something and had already tested a few things and was certain he knew what was wrong. After finishing writing me up I had a seat in the waiting room and about 5 minutes later Ezra came out to tell me that one of my ignition coils was bad and needed to be replaced. To my surprise he said that they had one in stock but it was down at their truck center down the street and if I wanted to hang out Ezra said he would send his other mechanic Carlos down the street to get my part and we could get it done in the next 45 minutes! Of course I approved the repair and called my husband to tell him I wouldn’t need to be picked up. After waiting 45 minutes Ezra came out to tell me that everything was all done and that I would be getting to take my van home that night and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Never before have I experienced this kind of service anywhere, let alone a auto repair place, they were honest, unbelievably helpful and fast. There really aren’t enough things I can say about the service I received from Ezra, his mechanic Ryan who did my repairs and even Carlos and Renee who helped make my crap day into a much much better one. Thank all 4 of you again for everything you do and I’ll be back to River Front for everything going forwards and I’ll make sure I send all my friends to Ezra at River Front! ”
Uconnect Device Management: Disconnect or Delete a Phone
Use these quick steps to manage paired devices. Button names may vary by software version. If you see different labels, follow the closest match or use the Mopar guide linked above.
Uconnect 4, 4C, 4C NAV (8.4-inch)
Disconnecting a smartphone or audio device
- Press Pairing on the touchscreen.
- Press Paired Phones or Audio Devices.
- Press the Settings button to the right of the device name.
- When the options pop-up appears, press Disconnect Phone.
- Press X to exit the Settings screen.
Deleting a phone or audio device
- Press Pairing on the touchscreen.
- Press Paired Phones or Audio Devices.
- Press the Settings button to the right of the device you want to remove.
- When the options pop-up appears, press Delete Phone.
- Press X to exit the Settings screen.
Uconnect 4 (7-inch)
Disconnecting a smartphone or audio device
- Press Phone Settings on the touchscreen.
- Press Paired Phones or Paired Audio Devices.
- Press the Settings button to the right of the device name.
- When the options pop-up appears, press Disconnect Device.
- Press X to exit the Settings screen.
Deleting a smartphone or audio device
- Press Phone Settings on the touchscreen.
- Press Paired Phones or Paired Audio Devices.
- Press the Settings button to the right of the device you want to remove.
- When the options pop-up appears, press Delete Device.
- Press X to exit the Settings screen.
Uconnect 3 (5-inch)
Disconnecting a specific smartphone or Bluetooth audio device
- Open Settings.
- Select Phone/Bluetooth.
- Select the Paired Phones or Paired Audio list.
- Select the specific device.
- Press Disconnect.
Deleting a smartphone or Bluetooth audio device
- Open Settings.
- Select Phone/Bluetooth.
- Select the Paired Phones or Paired Audio list.
- Select the device you want to remove.
- Press Delete Device.
- On the confirmation screen, press Yes to delete or No to cancel.

How do I pair my iPhone or Android to Uconnect the first time?
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the Uconnect Phone or Pairing screen, select Add Device, and confirm the PIN on both screens. Approve contacts and messaging access when prompted so hands-free features work properly.
Does my vehicle support wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
Many late-model Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles support wireless connections. If your vehicle or phone needs a cable, the system prompts you on first use. Ask our team to check your VIN and show you the right setup.
Why will my phone connect for calls but not for music?
Music and calls can be separate permissions. On the Uconnect device list, open Settings for your phone and ensure both Phone and Media are enabled. Reconnect if needed.
Can two phones be connected at the same time?
Many vehicles let you keep multiple phones paired and choose which one is active for calls or media. If audio switches unexpectedly, select your preferred device in the Paired Devices list before driving.
